Tax time usually brings about a sad Jessica emptying pennies from my wallet... but this year I am getting a refund, and am already dreaming about how to spend this new found surplus!

Mint jeans to channel the pastel trend for spring, a new iPhone 4S in chic white to replace my aging iPhone 4, a timeless tweed jacket, fun black wedges to wear with sundresses on the warmer days ahead, classic black and white nautical dress, and girlie bow flats to take my work attire up a notch
